Natural Detox Diet Drink


Detoxification is a way to clean up your body and dieting. I have one popular detox drink to present to you.  It is yogurt detox drink. There are only 4 ingredients – ½ cup of yogurt, 1 box of milk, 2 teaspoon of honey, and 1-2 limes. You can add more lime juice and honey as you like, but don’t add it too much because it is fat. 
It is very easy to prepare just mix the ingredients together. And leave it about 10-15 minutes to grow microbe in the yogurt before drinking. It’s delicious and nutritious, so let see some of the benefits of having natural detox drink.

 The benefits of this recipe

This recipe contains high nutritional value. It could clean your body’s absorption system and changes the waste in small intestine to vitamin B. The vitamin B will nourish your brain and prevent headache. Apart from that it also provides other vitamins and nutrients that good for your body. There is vitamin C from lime juice. The Vitamin C is an antioxidant and can protect your body from free radicals. And honey is a natural’s energy booster. The Vitamin C and honey also boost your immune system.  And milk contains calcium which strengthens and maintains bones and teeth, so they do not break or fracture easily. 


Here comes the point for this recipe! I drink it in the morning to stimulate excretory system. It relieves constipation. Sometimes it works for me but sometimes not.  And this recipe is required before meal; it makes me less hungry that why I call it a diet drink. Nevertheless it might not effective for some people who serve it the wrong time or some people with chronic constipation. There is a disadvantage from the drink as well. It contains high sugar so do not have this drink after 3 p.m. because it will make you fat.

    I never know before that we should have it before meal.
    Cause I love to drink after meal, it's more relax!

    1. You can drink it everyday in the morning. Don't drink it at night you might gain weight.

  5. I really like this drink! A Chinese lady told me about it. We had just met and couldn't stop talking! Like we've already been knowing each other! It taste better than the Aloe natural drink!
