  GANGNUM HURTS KNEES

The researchers have found that Gangnum style dance which is popular now leads to be Osteoarthritis disease.

Gangnum style which is a Korean song is  spread widely around the world. Because of humorous dance, it is easily to remember. People start  dancing like riding a horse which is similar to the music video. It can cause  the knee join and lead to be Osteoarthritis.

Osteoarthritis is joint disorder that occur in the elder people. It can occur with any  joint such as fingers, hands, shoulders, hip, knees, or feet. There is a tissue called cartilage to protect the bone between the joint. If people take a long times to use their joint, the cartilage cannot protect your joint anymore. Bones maybe damaged and eventually break.

"There are several factors to be Osteoarthritis. To do Gangnum style, it is obvious that the people injure their  knee  in abnormal way for many times. It definitely damage your joint knees. Moreover, people's weight also affect on this injury. As much as they weight, they risk to be osteoarthritis" ,said Doctor Gosling- the professor of PSY hospital, Central Korea.

In some case of  Osteoarthritis patients, their legs become bow-legged. The worst thing is the people hurt every times they move and cannot walk by themselves eventually.

"As a result, you should concern about your joints every times you use them in irregular ways if you do not want to encounter with Osteoarthritis." said Doctor Gosling.
